Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your VitaCal account and all associated data directly from the app.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open VitaCal and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll down to the Account section.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm by tapping Delete My Account.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account and authentication credentials
• All meal logs, food entries, meal analysis records and saved meal photos
• Weight history and goal settings
• Water intake records
• Favourite meals, logging streaks and onboarding answers
• Any health data you synced: health metrics, sleep sessions, workouts, and workout route files
• Your Ask VitaCal coach conversations
• Notification preferences and app settings
• Your VitaCal Connect tokens, including any issued when you connected claude.ai

One thing is not covered: an active subscription must be cancelled separately, in your device's subscription settings.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account. You can do this from Profile > Export Data.
• If you have an active subscription, cancel it in your device's subscription settings to avoid future charges. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
