How does AI meal logging work?

Take a photo of your meal and our AI will identify the foods and estimate nutritional information. You can review and adjust the results before logging.

How accurate is the AI food recognition?

Our AI provides estimates based on visual analysis. Accuracy varies depending on lighting, food presentation, and portion visibility. Always review and adjust entries for best results.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to cancel or modify your plan.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Profile > Tracking > Export Data to download all your food logs, weight history, water intake, goals, and favourites as a JSON file. You can share or save this file for your records.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the app settings, or contact support at support@vitacal.app to request account deletion.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and secure authentication. Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud) with strict security protocols. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The app isn't working correctly

Try these steps:

  1. Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Try signing out and back in
  4. Restart the app
  5. If the issue persists, contact support with details about the problem

Response Time
